Returns and Exchanges
What is your returns policy?

In order for us to accept your returned product, it must be returned in the same condition you received it; not worn, altered or washed, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. It must be returned within 30 days of the invoicing date otherwise we will not be able to process your request.

Solaire will cover the shipping on returns as long as it is within 30 days of the invoicing date. Please refer to the "Returns" section below on how to request an RMA.

If you are returning a product without a pre-authorized label, we recommend a traceable shipping method in order to know exactly when the item reaches our warehouse. 

Sale Items: All sale items are final.

How do I return an item?


Option 1

A) Login to My ACCOUNT from the MY ORDERS section.

B) Choose the order that you would like to return and click on the RETURN link.

C) Follow the instructions on how to request an RMA.

D) You may contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-255-6061 for additional assistance. 

Option 2

A) Click on the Returns & Warranty link under the HELP section located at the bottom of the website. 

B) If you are a Registered Customer, click on the corresponding link and follow steps A-C from the previous section. 

C) Choose the Guest Checkout link if you are  not a registered customer. Enter Order ID and e-mail to submit your request. Follow the instructions provided. 

D) You may contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-255-6061 for additional assistance. 

How do I exchange an item?


Follow the Returns section above and choose the Exchange option from the drop menu in the RETURN section. 

Note: Exhanges will be handled differently depending of the type of exchange. For exchanges of items that have been shipped - you will need to return it for a refund and order a different product separately- if the total amount of the returned and new order varies. You may contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-255-6061 for additional assistance. 
How are refunds processed?
  1. A refund will be issued within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned order and in the same form as the original payment
  2. We can only accept returns if the item was directly purchased from our website,

We'll e-mail you when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.

When will my order be shipped?

An email will be sent to the e-mail you provided once your order is received and once when it's shipped from our warehouse. All order are typically shipped within 2 Business days. Business Days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

What are the shipping options?

FedEx Ground - Usually 3- 5 days

What is the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders

How can I track my shipment?

A tracking number will be e-mailed to you for your reference. You can also follow your order's progress online when you login to your account.

Shipping to another country?

At this time, we only accept orders within the contiguous United States.

You can review the status of your order when you login to your account, click on "My Orders"

How do I determine my size?

How should the garments fit?

Solaire Trimwear is designed to shape and countour your body using active compression that lifts your rear and also flattens your tummy.

How does it feel to wear Trimwear?

Trimwear is incredibly comfortable and features a second-to-skin fit that compliments your body's figure. The inner lining is designed to help wick away sweat from your body and keep you comfortable even through the your most grueling workouts.

Product Care
Is it safe to put my Solaire products in the washing machine?

Yes, we recommend using cold water and a mild detergent and washing using the delicate cycle to help preserve the fabric.

Is it safe to put my Solaire products in the dryer?

No, all Solaire products should hang-dry or dry laying flat.

How does ThermaSlim technology work?

ThermaSlim Fabrics help increase your core temperature to help increase the number of calories you burn while you're active. The fabric technology also helps increase water-weight loss, which helps you lose those last few inches and also helps cleanse your pores through active perspiration. The Soft outer fabric has a soft satiny feel with a plush inner lining that keeps you comfortable even when things heat up. There's also breathable Aire-Stretch Lining strategically placed in the seat & crotch area for maximum comfort.

How long should I wear my Solaire product every day?

You should never wear the product overnight or while you're sleeping as this may cause severe dehydration which can lead to hospitalization and even death. The time duration that you wear the garment depends on the activity that you're doing. If you're exercising, we recommend only wearing the garment for a maximim peroid of two hours and also make sure that you're properly hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
